So you have just finished a diet and you don't know what to do next? we have you covered! Reverse dieting involves gradually increasing your calorie intake to boost metabolism and prevent weight regain after dieting. It may also increase energy levels and reduce hunger.
Body building Switch. Focus on utilising strength that has been built during the challenge into 4 weeks of hypertrophy/sculpting block. Also gives the joints a bit of a rest.
TEAM GRIND HARDER:
This is for people who want to continue pushing through the challenge and feel they are ready to continue to grind. This is for people who want to take their training to the next level and push cardio a bit more. Aimed to continue their journey whether weight loss, strength building etc.
